Toni Tittleton

Toni graduated from Whanganui Glass School in 2012, specialising in casting. Her current work explores colour, light and texture which is often captured within a form. Toni continues to produce work from her studio 'Tittleton Glass Studio'. Moving forward, exhibiting internationally is her main goal. Toni welcomes studio visits at her Auckland studio by appointment.

Three Floating Roses: This piece is made from re-used cast glass and is a continuation of my 'Floating Rose' series. It embodies my drive to have zero glass waste within my studio. This vessel was built in layers using molten wax. The natural lines are inspired by my surroundings; the landscape circling my family home in the Waitakere ranges. Nestled within, the roses symbolise ones in which grow on the land and have been for generations.
